"We first met Eddie and A&S Landscaping when we landscaped the front of our house. A friend recommended him, and we were very pleased with his work. He has worked as a contractor for me, bringing in outside help for dirt removal, rock and minus filling, and concrete pouring. We had to remove a section of city sidewalk on a major side street, and pour a concrete driveway for forklift operations. The concrete construction company he brought in took care of all the necessary city permits for the project, and did a great job with the finished product."

"Eddie Mendez met with us, listened to what we wanted, then made several suggestions which enhanced the project. When we were unsure what type and color wall blocks and pavers to use, he met us at his supplier on a weekend, allowing us to compare several colors and styles. He and his crew started on time, the only delays in the project were weather related, and beyond his control. We got four bids, and Eddie's was by far the lowest. We are extremely pleased with the resulting patio and wall, and are already planning another project with A & S. Because of our location, Eddie had to travel long distances with his bobcat to bring material to the site, but he made certain to regrade these areas before leaving. His crew finished in early afternoon, but he would not accept final payment until my wife came home from work and approved the work. We could not be happier."
